  I hate leaving reviews like this, but stay away from this company in general. Switched from at&t due to pricing given from t-mobile. A month later our first bill came in and did not reflect the rates they gave us. The manager had switched to a different branch and new manager did not know anything (understandable) they promised visa cards in the mail to correct the balance. They never came in and we were told it was inputted wrong by the previous manager and there was nothing we can do. Despite that, we used them for several months longer until the service was unreliable for our travel schedules and locations. We eventually went back to At&T and in the process had to pay off the phones and get the numbers switched over along with closing fees. T mobile released the numbers but neglected to close the account and billed us several more months with which we are now being threatened with ruining our credit because somehow we are responsible for a service we haven't used in months and they transferred everything to at&t! It doesn't make any sense. I've never seen a more unprofessional company with the worst customer service in this industry, which in my opinion is saying a lot.
